Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery times within the United States:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited services.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Journey Breeze is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

Wait 24 hours — many carriers scan early
If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you.
Please note: Journey Breeze is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Returns
If returning an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
