Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used laundry detergent sheets unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing by your financial institution.
Return Shipping
For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Journey Breeze will cover the return or replacement shipping.

We will respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
